Uinvests started two years ago as a working platform to sell a client’s assets in Bulgaria. After that exit, another owner used it to sell property in the UAE, and later we presented a commercial land parcel at the DR. These cases revealed a gap: there was no simple, transparent way to treat real estate as an investment and a business — not just listings. Uinvests was built to fill that gap with diligence, analytics, and clear entry/exit paths.
